If you’re interested, booking early is recommended as places are limited.What to expectThis is another seasonal wellbeing workshop from Healing Wave, building on previous sessions and bringing together reflective, creative, and healing practices. The evening will include guided meditation, mindful drawing and writing, Reiki healing, and guided relaxation. No prior experience is needed. You’re welcome to take part in a way that feels right for you, and the space is held in a calm, open, and inclusive way.The evening takes place on the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, traditionally linked with light, growth, and transition. It offers a natural point to pause, reflect, celebrate and notice what you want to carry forward into the rest of the summer.What to bringWe’ll provide yoga mats, cushions, and a small notebook for you to use and keep. Please bring a pen, a cosy blanket, and any personal items that help you feel comfortable.About the hostEmily Wood Ahmed @HealingWave_UK is a Reiki healing practitioner (qualified in 2006), a visual artist @emilywoodartist , and community health researcher. Through Healing Wave UK, she offers one-to-one Reiki sessions at a holistic healing centre in Wood Green, North London.
