You are encouraged to dress up in your best costume, come out and have some fun. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes (you have to run in your costume to be eligible).  All courses are contained within Springbank Park and are on the paved pathway system along the river. The courses are well marked and marshalled and safe for the whole family. Come join us for a spooktacular day of fun.
