Greg Foat

UK jazz pianist Greg Foat brings his trademark blend of cinematic jazz explorations and spacey, euphoric atmospheres, backed up by a band of multi-generational UK jazz stars.

Over recent years, Greg Foat has recorded a series of brilliantly eclectic records for Jazzman Records, Athens Of The North and Strut with a multi-generational cast of some of the UK's most exciting musicians.

Greg originally studied with UK jazz luminaries like pianist Gordon Beck, before his Greg Foat Group came to renown by tapping into the sound of Britain’s late-60s jazz-rock heyday.

Expect a delicate balance of jazz with synth-laden funk grooves, spacey cinematic tones and modulated electronic melodies.
