Get Handy - Woodwork (Tuesday 10th Feb 2026)

Get to know which tools you need and how to use them for working in wood.

Learn tools, processes to make your own personal tool box to store and carry your gear and the confidence to tackle those making projects at home, work or in the studio.

By the end of the workshop you will be familiar with:

1. How to assemble a basic, useful toolkit for wood work projects.

2. How to use and care for them - "the right tool for the right job"

3. Fundamental techniques in wood craft:

Measuring, marking out and cutting materials, drilling, screws and glues & constructing.

4) Using these in a safe and efficient way to create your own handy Toolbox to take away

This is a fun, practical hands on one day course with experienced artist/maker and tutor.
