G-SHOCK London & Chasing Lights Collective invite you to get motivated, and get moving.
From the G-SHOCK West End store, "Regulate" returns with an 8-week programme of weekly meet-ups for those looking to explore group training and understand how to manage stress from training that weighs on our body and minds.
ChasingLights Collective is all about inspiring, supporting and leading people into the amazing world of movement (fitness) and community (crew.) You're not alone when it comes to considering lacing up and joining a pack of like minded and positive people. Athletic insecurities? ... Leave that behind, your space, your pace.
Part 1 - Focus on the power of breathing and how it can help calm down the system and restore balance. Learn how to increase capacity, hacking our nervous system, Aerobic Thresholds, CO2 tolerance and more, focusing on performing better on and off the road.
Part 2 Regulate- For those looking to up-regulate safely and get moving. ChasingLights team lead this group out to explore the streets of the West End, taking lessons learned in Part 1 out on the road, and looking at how to navigate the city using proven breathing, strength and conditioning techniques.
6.30pm - Meet up / Housekeeping - upcoming events/ sessions etc
6.45pm - Warm Up -Breathing exercises, protocols to understand where we are today
7.00pm - Roll out to an arena to move using breathing techniques and methods
7.45pm - Down-regulate/ Cool down
8.00pm - And we're out!
