We can’t wait to see you there!Urban Heat CollectiveUrban Heat CollectiveInfo: Urban Heat Collective is a collaborative project bringing together UCL urban climate researcher Dr Oscar Brousse, local artist and educator Andrew Brown, and science communicator Judit Agui to explore how people experience heat in cities. The project investigates the complex relationship between solar radiation and the built environment with a particular focus on the role of green and blue spaces in cooling urban landscapes. Using alternative photographic processes, including cyanotype printing, near-infrared photography, and thermal imaging, Urban Heat Collective transforms scientific data into vivid, accessible visual experiences. Through heat walks, workshops and exhibitions Urban Heat Collective invites local communities in East London to actively engage and respond to urban heat.The Conservation VolunteeThe Conservation Volunteers Info: TCV is a National charity with a mission to connect people together to protect and restore nature, delivering lasting benefits for both. In East Village, they have been contracted to engage with local people to manage, restore and enhance the biodiverse habitats across the site.
