Event Schedule (Approximate Timing)

📅 06:30 PM – Welcome & Networking

• Arrive, purchase drinks and nibbles from the bar on the ground floor.
• Bring them to the event room and enjoy informal networking.

🗣 07:00 PM – Participant Introductions

• Each participant has 1–2 minutes to introduce themselves.
• Example: “Hi, I’m J-F, a professional with expertise in Public Relations, Catering Consultancy, and Events. I bring people together and make things happen!”
• Keep introductions short and engaging—guests can follow up with questions afterward.

🎤 07:30 PM – Guest Speaker & Q&A

• Featured talk followed by an interactive Q&A session.

🍽 08:00 PM – Dinner

• Choose and pay for your meal at the bar in the brasserie on the ground floor.
• Advance booking is required so that tables can be reserved.
• Attendees may stay in the event room or join the group at the bar.

🚖 09:30 PM – Carriages

• Event wraps up.
