Following more than a decade in some of London's most respected kitchens, including Ottolenghi, The Palomar and The Barbary, she has become one of the UK's most distinctive voices in modern vegetable cooking. Her acclaimed cookbook Centrepiece, published earlier this year, now helps home cooks elevate their own vegetable dishes with confidence and creativity.Part of the Food & Drink Studio's autumn 'Preservation' season, this event celebrates the timeless practice of carrying one season into the next. As late-summer produce reaches its peak, Helen will demonstrate how to transform the harvest bounty into flavour-packed condiments that will be invaluable over the winter months when fresh ingredients are more limited.
