Feel Good Fridays: Sacred Women’s Circle with Ingrid Sanchez

Ease into the weekend with Feel Good Fridays at The Hearth.

Say hello to our new monthly series of gatherings that bring together creativity, connection, and nourishment.

Each month, we will gather over restorative sound baths, heart-opening cacao ceremonies, playful craft nights and, of course, our signature Home Cooked at The Hearth supper clubs.

Some evenings are slow and reflective, others will be lively and full of laughter, all are curated to help you wrap up your work week. Whether you’re in the mood to unwind, get stuck into something hands-on, or simply be around good food and great company, there’s space for you here.

Welcome to a sacred women’s circle rooted in rhythm, ritual, and creative connection. Every gathering is unique, guided by the energy of the moon cycle and the season we're in. We'll begin by setting intentions, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony, sometimes as a warm drink, sometimes a bar or mousse, depending on what feels right for the day.

A guided drumming journey will help us connect with our inner guidance before we move into a shared rhythm circle. I’ll bring drums, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it along. We’ll also have oracle cards, music, and space for quiet reflection or optional sharing.

Please come dressed comfortably, we’ll be sitting on the floor. If you wish, bring a small item for the altar (a flower, crystal, or anything meaningful to you). All women are welcome, no experience needed. Just bring your open heart and presence.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. To request a refund, please contact us through the Eventbrite platform with your order information.
• No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation. We will notify you of any cancellations via the email provided during ticket purchase.

The Hearth is a women's space in Queen's Park (North London) where women can find room for themselves to live, work and feel better. The community of diverse women enjoy full co-working facilities, wellness treatments, a relaxing evening lounge and thoughtfully curated events.
