Join us for some movement, reflection and sound bath!About this EventWe are super excited to be back with another queer Yoga Workshop for the community!We are dedicated to creating safe spaces for our community and support you in finding new interest and new ways to maintain your health and well-being. Whilst meeting likeminded individuals along the way.If you’ve been interested in beginning a class in Yoga or continuing your journey, then this is your chance!A Grounding Practice with Movement, Sound & ReflectionA workshop to connect with yourself and with other queer people. A space to slow down, tune inward and experience connection through breath, movement, sound and reflection.During this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be guided through mindful Breathwork, Meditation and Movement before settling into a live and recorded Sound Bath to deepen relaxation. We’ll close with reflective journaling prompts and an optional sharing circle.Open to all levels, no experience needed. All bodies are welcome.Your Facilitator:Yasmine is a certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing Facilitator with a background in Psychology and Mental Health.
