Their unique vibrations and tones help the mind and body settle into a meditative state, supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner balance.Sound baths can encourage shifts in awareness that foster creativity, calm, and clarity, while helping to ease physical tension and stress.Optional: After the session, you’re warmly invited to stay and share a cup of warming tea and a relaxed chance to connect with others.Everyone is welcome - no experience with meditation or sound needed.Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and optional pillow, and wear warm, comfortable clothing.
