Love it or hate it, when done right, evaluation is a powerful and essential tool. Our online workshop will help you to value what really matters, learn from what worked and didn’t work in others’ campaigns, and adapt your approach accordingly.
We all want our theory of change to work but, to do so, it must be a living, iterative tool that reflects the realities of campaigning. If something is not working, we need the knowledge and evidence to first know that and then to understand why – all in a safe context and environment.
This workshop will explore different evaluation techniques and methods, and how to incorporate Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) into your campaign planning and delivery.
