He has maybe managed a couple of sevens in his whole life ... (his ruthless scoring procedure not ours). He has also raised (and continues to raise) literally hundreds of thousands of pounds for endangered species and his scarred and battered body (and many would say mind) is testament to his constant battles with faunal abusers. He completed 25 marathons in 25 days last summer for Bengal tigers on his 2Legsfor4 campaign and says he's not done yet.The Sunday Times described him as 'preposterously vivacious, a guide of psychotic gusto', he has had death threats against him, is not welcome in some countries and as a presenter both passionate, outspoken, provocative and entertaining. His latest book 'Nine Lives' has been very well received yet had to go past the publishers' lawyers.
