Together they design and produce fire‑cooking equipment for chefs, restaurants and home cooks around the world, as well as hosting asado training and immersive experience days.​Growing up on the Galápagos Islands, Ana's love of cooking began in her grandfather’s fire kitchen, where the family prepared traditional feasts together.
