A four hour workshop based around connecting to the Divine Feminine energy, finding connection, creativity, flow and healing.

Info: Welcoming participants, a time to connect and learn about the workshop and agenda.
Info: A creative hour, opportunity to create some art work on the Divine feminine using different art materials . This work will later connect to the ecstatic dance part of the workshop.
Info: A quick 15 minute break
Info: A yoga session helping to connect to the Divine Feminine. To warm the body and allow the energy to flow through the body for the dance part of the workshop.
Info: Guided improvisation to help warm the body and to connect movement to the Divine Feminine. Opening the body up to free form movement.
Info: A chance to express and move freely through the energy of the Divine Feminine, finding connection of body, breath, mind and soul.
Info: A time to reconnect and share in experience if participants would like to.
