It is designed to support your physical and emotional wellbeing by allowing your body to move in a way that feels good.No dance experience is necessary as the workshop is fully facilitated to ensure a safe and supportive environment.Kirran, The Dance Doctor, integrates her trainings as medical doctor, DJ and movement medicine facilitator to bring this unique offering.The workshop will run from:10.15 - 13.30 at Colet House in London.More details will be emailed after booking.Tickets are available on a sliding scale with further supported spaces available, please email kirran@thedance.doctor if required. If you are able, it is greatly appreciated if you purchase a supporter ticket as it allows me to offer more supported spaces.Come as you are. No expectations.
