Or ever wanted to know what aerial yoga is about?Join me for a 60min. aerial yoga practice at Gymbox Elephant & Castle (no membership required for this class).This class is an all-levels class, and beginners are very welcome. The class will allow us to get familiar with the aerial hammock, work on inversions with the support of the hammock, and potentially learn a little sequence in the fabric towards the end.All equipment will be provided. Just make sure you bring a water bottle with you :)Please come in a little earlier to fill out a health & saftey form. Or fill it out in advance HERE and choose the tab "Studio Events" (you will not be allowed to enter until the health form is completed - studio policy).See you in the hammock :)----Refund Policy: a refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
