- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 10 Oct, 2026 at 06:00 pm
- **Event Description**: ?? ENGLISH
DUUN CIRCLES: AWAKEN SENSES is a 3-hour evening in London where cacao, voice, movement and drum come together as one flowing journey. It’s a space to step out of daily noise, drop into the body, and reconnect with yourself and with other people. Drum, Unwind, Unite, and Nourish.
This is a community wellbeing event focused on relaxation, movement, and connection.

We begin with cacao to help you arrive, settle, and land in the space. Once we are grounded, we transition into Tender Sounds. This part of the night is a gentle, immersive blend of original live music, mantras, and shared singing. It’s a welcoming space with no pressure to perform, just simple, human voices coming together in shared resonance.

As the energy builds, we transition into Ecstatic Dance with Moya a carefully curated musical journey that takes you from grounding, through higher energy, and back towards stillness. No choreography, no expectations. It’s about how it feels.

We’ll close by slowing everything down into a Drum Journey with Kris from Light in Dark. A steady drum pulse supports deep relaxation and grounding, with Magda’s soft humming and vocal tones woven in to bring warmth, safety, and integration.

No experience is needed. Come as you are. Listen, sing, dance, or simply be.

?? POLSKI
DUUN CIRCLES: AWAKEN SENSES to 3‑godzinny wieczór w Londynie, w którym kakao, głos, ruch i bęben łączą się w jedną płynną podróż. Drum, Unwind, Unite, Nourish.

Na koniec zwalniamy i domykamy całość Podróżą z Bębnem z Krisem (Light in Dark). Stały puls bębna wspiera głęboki relaks i uziemienie, a delikatne mruczenie i tony głosu Magdy wnoszą ciepło, poczucie bezpieczeństwa i integrację.

Nie potrzebujesz żadnego doświadczenia. Przyjdź taki/taka, jaki/jaka jesteś. Słuchaj, śpiewaj, tańcz i po prostu bądź.
