Bring your anxieties to life through art and, in the process, find a way to resolve, reflect, and relax.Sunday 13 September 202612:00pm – Exhibition opens12:30- 4:00pm Drop-in drawing sessionsThe exhibition is open during the drawing sessions.Join illustrator Javier Navarro to create your own drawings of your personal terrors and sleepless nights. Whether it is a monster under the bed or a fear that keeps you awake, this workshop invites you to externalise, explore, and transform what haunts you through art.We estimate the activity will take 30 minutes to an hour. Activities are designed for all ages and this event is perfect for children and accompanying adults to enjoy together! Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult to take part. Drawing is how he started making sense of the world and a container for what is possible. His illustrations explore ideas, emotions and culture crossovers with the aim to make reality around us both beautiful & meaningful. He works as an illustrator and visual storyteller, bringing together his experience in fashion, textile design and live graphic recording.
