The clocks are about to change, the light thins earlier each evening, and everything in nature is pulling inward and settling for the season ahead. This is a Sunday set aside to do the same: 75 minutes to draw your own attention inward, soften, and let yourself be held in stillness and sound.We begin with around 30 minutes of Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra meditation), a gently guided journey into that drowsy space between waking and sleeping where the body can drop into genuine deep rest while the mind stays softly aware. Gea's voice will lead you down through the layers while Sam's crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments play quietly underneath. From there, we move into a full sound bath, carrying you the rest of the way and helping you find the great exhale. To close, Gea will sing you gently back with harmonium and mantra, drawing the practice to a soft and grounded end.Come lie down and receive.🌙 Around 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra for deep, restorative rest🔔 A full live sound bath played on crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments🎶 A closing mantra sung by Gea on harmonium, to bring you gently back🍂 A grounding pause as the days draw in and the year turns inwardNo experience is needed, and there's nothing you have to bring beyond yourself, though you're very welcome to pack anything that helps you get cosy. Mats and props will be here at the studio, and the practice suits everyone, whether you've rested this way many times before or it's your very first.Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a refund.
