She founded the 30% Club in 2010, a campaign that helped push female representation on UK listed company boards from 10% to over 40%, and has chaired The Diversity Project since 2016, working to transform culture and talent pathways across the investment and savings industry. She currently chairs Fidelis Insurance Group, Altum Group, and Barnett Waddingham.Gavin Lewis: is a Managing Director at BlackRock, where he leads the firm’s UK and Ireland business.
