Beneath the surface though, ponds are home to an incredible variety of aquatic animals. Despite their small size, they can support more biodiversity than larger waterbodies, including lakes and rivers.Explore this beautiful habitat and meet some of the invertebrates and amphibians that live and forage in ponds.
