Welcome to the Developers Boardroom sessions for SME Developers, offering company directors the opportunity to work through a hearty breakfast, as well as the opportunities and challenges of the property industry as it stands today.
Each breakfast session contains a brief Mini Masterclass from an industry professional, followed by News review and open discussion and rounded up with Rapid Referrals. This unique style and relaxed meeting is a really great chance to connect, learn and share with like-minded, experienced people in the property industry. We then break every 4th month for an evening social event.

The topic: 'Sharing is Caring' Gavriel Merkado, Founder and CEO of the real estate data company REalyse will be presenting one of the company's recent reports on the dangers of information obscurity. This report illustrates how developers put their projects at risk by concealing information about their deals in the market, and how companies can improve their profitability and reduce their risks through sharing of market information.

Gavriel has built and grown what has become one of the UK's leading residential data analytics companies. He started his career in finance, working in several hedge funds and investment companies as a quantitative analyst, before moving into residential real estate with companies such as Quintain and Essential Living.
