Vendor Terms & ConditionsThee Market Plug – Event Participation AgreementBy booking a stall at Thee Market Plug event, all vendors agree to the following terms:1. Stall Booking & PaymentAll stall bookings must be paid in full to secure your space.Stall allocations are confirmed only once payment has been received.Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis. 2. Cancellation & Refund PolicyAll payments are non-refundable.This is due to upfront costs including venue hire, equipment, marketing, and event logistics.If a vendor can no longer attend, they may:Transfer their space to another vendor (subject to approval), orRequest to move their booking to a future event (at the organiser’s discretion)Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are not guaranteed. 3.
