It centres Global Majority communities and those often excluded from mainstream wellbeing spaces, while remaining open to all.This is not a clinical intervention or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. It is a community-led space rooted in care, resilience, and the understanding that many experiences of stress and burnout are shaped by social and systemic conditions.What to expectThroughout the day, you’ll be able to access a range of offerings, including:1:1 bodywork (e.g. massage, reflexology, acupuncture, cupping)Somatic and movement-based practices (e.g. intuitive movement, drumming)Meditation and facilitated group sessionsCultural, creative, and collective practices (e.g. circles, poetry, shared spaces)Obtain advice (housing, immigration, social care)Some sessions (such as 1:1 treatments and workshops) have limited capacity and require additional booking or contribution on the day. More details will be shared closer to the event.There will also be space to rest, connect, and simply be.Who this space is forThis space primarily centres Global Majority individuals and communities who are often excluded from mainstream wellbeing spaces, including those impacted by financial hardship, racism, ableism, migration status, and social isolation.Everyone is welcome.
