WHO IS THIS FOR?

Truly anyone and everyone - this is not about your level of expertise, your age, your background or whether you have ‘rhythm’ (two left feet are very welcome`!) This is about getting a group of amazing and diverse people together in person to dance to soul-filled music in a magical space. To celebrate the joy of movement! If you are a TS fan, sing your heart out✨

If you‘re not a 'Swiftie' or don’t know the words, it doesn’t matter (you will still feel the joy) ✨

FORMAT / STYLE

The 1.5 hour dance session is a zumba inspired dance style format - all TS songs with simple repetitive moves to the beat including fun dance moves from the ERAS tour ✨ I will stop between songs to show you certain moves so you can feel more confident as we shake ✨ it ✨ off ✨

A few moves will have different levels so you can choose the level that is best appropriate for you / what feels good. And if anything, just move side to side to your own rhythm - no one is judging you here ✨

Take water breaks anytime or pause as you need - listen to your own body.

All movements are safe - that is my priority as a qualified exercise to movement instructor.

PRICE

£15 - I do this for the pure joy of it, just need the hiring costs covered + optional giving to theMovement charity (link on IG)✨
