We're offering safe, accessible, inclusive and FUN social acro and movement for all people and all bodies.

Running 2pm until late/until the weather turns, every Saturday on Clapham Common, it's the best thing you can do in London on a weekend. 
Turn up when you want, play as long as you want, and leave when you want - it's fun on your terms.

If you're new to the practice, come during the first hour as we often do a group warm-up and a short, free, intro to the foundations of acro and how a jam works.

We also run regular workshops before the jams so check our pages for info.

# What to Expect:
Your usual mix of acrobatic and movement goodness:
- acroyoga, partner acrobatics and circus skills
- handstands and handbalance
- spinning, juggling and circus props
- slackline
- capoeira, animal flow and mixed movement

And we'll be playing music in the evenings for those of you who are into social dance. In particular:
- Salsa
- Bachata
- Zouk
- Kizomba
- Forro

So if that's your scene, bring your dancing shoes and help us build the social dancing community on the common!
Dancing normally starts around 5.30pm.

#Where to find us:
Clapham Common.
Head towards the centre of the park, near the Bandstand / Pear Tree Cafe

#What to bring
- A mat/blanket to sit/lie on
- Any juggling balls, circus props, handstand canes etc you want to play with
- Food/Snacks to share if you're planning to picnic (no nuts/allergens please! Especially if you're sharing)
- A smile and a willingness to play

#Other notes
- By participating you recognise that this is a jam/open session and not a led class. There is no "teacher".
- Acro is inherently risky and this is a public space so participation is at your own risk. Play safe and practice accurate self-assessment. 
- Remember, you are your own primary spotter
- Under 16s must be supervised
- 16-18 year olds can join with written parental consent (email Kwame)
- If you're bringing kids/dogs, it is your responsibility to fully supervise them at all times and ensure they do not trouble others. Especially while acrobatics are happening as this is a risk to all
