Awaken your taste buds and brighten your culinary repertoire with the vibrant flavour of citrus fruits. In this class, Chef Matt Rice will share some of his favourite recipes that showcase how the tangy, sweet and refreshing profiles of citrus fruits can transform any dish into a zesty delight.

• ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE: Consider our cooking classes like cooking “events” or a concert. If you are not able to attend the class, feel free to to send another person in your place.
