She has driven through change with London’s taxi and private hire emissions policies and helped deliver London’s public electric vehicle infrastructure. Lucy led on the London’s 2030 Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Strategy and associated forecasting of London’s requirements which built on her work with the Mayor’s EV infrastructure Taskforce previously.
