On the 24th Dec Ayllu showcases both the Cuzco (£49pp) and Machu Picchu (£65pp) Festive Tasting Menus, featuring signature dishes such as salmon and tuna tacos, ceviches, tuna tataki and comforting dishes like Peruvian beef BBQ, traditional roast turkey and the chef’s choice dessert.
A Festive Vegetarian Tasting Menu is also available for £39pp, offering a rich and flavourful plant-focused experience.
