This year’s line-up features six hours of top quality musicians from the interconnected worlds of Blues, Gospel, Jazz and Soul, with a lil’ poetry thrown in too.With living costs soaring, musicians have to be paid for their creativity, but never forget: Jazz is for the People!You're welcome to bring your own picnic, including alcohol for personal consumption. Please drink responsibly. Bring a picnic blanket or camping chair too, so you can settle in and enjoy the day.We’ll also have a donation-based barbecue, available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, and a small selection of soft drinks for sale. If you definitely want to eat, please bring your own picnic rather than relying entirely on the barbecue.Any surplus funds from the day will be donated to Fetter Lane Moravian Church and selected charities.Moravian Close has its own story. Tucked away behind the King’s Road, the Close sits on land that once formed the stable yard and part of the gardens of Sir Thomas More’s great house, first built in 1524. Parts of the surrounding walls are Tudor in origin.
