​Family Constellation is a therapeutic process conducted in a single session to deal with difficulties you experience with your partner, family or work relationships.Family Constellations can be a stand-alone approach to Personal Growth, or a useful support to other forms of Counselling, Coaching, or Therapy

Join Alex in a workshop of exploration what story about the relationships you are holding in your mind and how does it effect the style and Quality of intimate relationships you create .

This engaging and interactive workshop will be tracing the source of your beliefs to your personal story , story of relationships in you family and your Family Tree.

It’s a unique format asking questions, rather than providing ready made answers is keeping all the participants involved in a personal exploration and engaged throughout the day.

​A Family Constellations Workshop provides healing and resolution for all involved and supports our connectedness to others, inspiring empathy and compassion.

What happens in a Constellation Workshop?

Having chosen a specific Outcome, the 'Client' sets up their own Constellation with the guidance of the Facilitator, calling upon the other participants to represent his or hers family members, relevant to their situation.

As the Constellation unfolds; organically and with direction from the Facilitator, whatever has stood in the way from the present or past - sometimes for many generations - is revealed and responded to. With the issue transformed, the 'Client' is free to choose a new way forward.

This will be a workshop about life and happiness in relationships

I invite you to this workshop to explore your past present and future relationships.

During the workshop you will have the opportunity to connect deeper to your own questions and issues do your personal work and participate as a representative in others' constellations.

Set up your own constellation as a Client

• State your issue briefly and answer a few factual questions.
• Choose others from the group to represent your family watch as the facilitator gently guides the unfolding process to reveal hidden dynamics.
• Clear confusion hurt and blame to resolve the issue at hand. Maintain a certain privacy as only snippets of your family are revealed.
• Allow the full impact of the experience to absorb and develop over time.

Your Facilitator Alex Piotrowska is psychotherapist ,trainer and reletionship coach . She is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Therapy.
