Chakra Yoga Series: Crown Chakra

Join us for the final session of our transformative Chakra Yoga Series, closing the journey on the first weekend of the month.

Each class has explored one of the seven main chakras through a nourishing blend of yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection.

For this last gathering, we rise into the Crown Chakra – the energy centre of higher consciousness, intuition, inner wisdom, and spiritual connection.

In this 90-minute practice, we’ll unwind tension from the head, scalp, upper spine, and nervous system, inviting a sense of spaciousness and clarity. You’ll be guided through grounding flows, slow meditative stretches, and breath practices designed to calm the mind and open the gateway to deeper awareness.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative meditation bathed in the violet-white light of the crown, inviting you to expand your awareness, connect with your truth, and feel the wisdom that has been growing throughout this entire journey.

Session 1: 5:00 – 6:30 PM
Session 2: 7:00 – 8:30 PM
