He will focus on the practical steps required to address emerging multi‑tax risks and the priority actions that help organisations stay compliant, reinforce governance and bridge the gap between business travel and global mobility.James Tomlin, CEO & Founder of VisaDoc, will explore the historic disconnect between Business Travel and Global Mobility. He will discuss why these functions evolved in silos, the operational and compliance risks this creates for global employers, and what a more integrated operating model could look like as organisations rethink travel, immigration, tax and compliance as a single ecosystem.Charlie Dyer, VP, Topia, will explore how organisations make decisions about moving talent across borders and why these decisions are often made with limited visibility into cost, compliance and policy implications.
