I am currently undertaking a second year of advanced breathwork facilitation training and continue to develop my practice through ongoing supervision, personal practice and professional development.My practice integrates psychotherapy, breathwork and nature-based approaches, including outdoor walk-and-talk therapy around Tooting Bec Common.My interest in breathwork developed through both professional training and personal experience.
