We hold space for grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties and emotional pain, often with limited opportunities to focus on our own wellbeing and inner world.This group offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience breathwork alongside fellow therapists within a supportive professional community.Each session includes guided breathwork, reflective group sharing and facilitated group processing. Participants are invited to explore their own experience, listen to the reflections of fellow therapists and discover the insights that emerge through shared experience and connection.Many participants find that hearing the experiences of other therapists can be just as valuable as the breathwork itself.Following the workshop, there is also an opportunity to continue conversations informally over coffee nearby.
