It is the largest and longest-running event of its kind in Southwestern Ontario, raising awareness and funds for mental health care in our region. Since 2007, the event has raised more than $2.1 million and contributed to a greater awareness and understanding of topics related to mental health and wellness.

Proceeds from the 2025 Breakfast of Champions event will be directed to supporting people receiving care through St. Joseph’s mental health care programs. St. Joseph’s provides regional specialized inpatient and community-based mental health care services for adults living with serious mental illness, including those who have come in contact with the criminal justice system.
