BNI Nightingale - Balham
A weekly networking event for local businesses to visit, hand out business cards and share their services with other local business members.
Good coffee, great British food and an uplifting atmosphere, the Nightingale BNI chapter is a great way to start your day and grow your business.
We currently have 23 members plus guests each week. Our current members represent the following sectors: Utility Warehouse, Property Solicitor, Business Coach, Graphic Design and Branding, Wealth Manager, Chartered Surveyor, Personal Trainer, Protandim Distributor, Mental Wellbeing Counsellor, Chiropractor, Website Builder & Designer, Removals and Storage, Charity Shops, Online Accounting, Federation of Small buinsesses, Mortgage Advisor, Builder, Electrician, Plumber, Estate & Lettings Agent, Roofing Specilaist, Landscape Gardening & Knotweed Erradication, Insurance Broker, Kitchen Desiginer, Recruitment Specialist.
If you're looking to meet any of the above or if your business is in a sector other than those we welcome you to the group with open arms!
The open networking starts at 6.45am and we strongly suggest you arrive to maximise the opportunity to get to know the members and other guests. I will make sure during this time I introduce you to all the members. The meeting starts at 7am prompt and you will be free to leave at 9am to get on with the rest of your days work.
The Regent, in Balham is one of South London's finest pubs with delicious British food on offer to help us kick start our day.
Choose from 7 different breakfast options, plus vegan options should you require it. Great coffee is provided and there is a meeting fee of £20 which covers your meeting fee, breakfast and coffee/refreshements. Cash on the door or book via this eventbrite page. If you require a receipt just ask and we can arrange this.
During the meeting you will have an opportunity to address the group. A good guide is to give your name and business, explain a bit about what you do, then tell us what would be a good referral for you and finally repeat your name and business and any strap line you have. There will also be an opportunity when we all pass our business cards around the room so bring plenty – I would suggest about 30. Towards the end of the meeting we pass business referrals between each other and if you don’t have any business to give we ask you to mention something that you have enjoyed about the meeting.
For upto date info visit the BNI website here which should give you some idea of the other members and their businesses. Have a look and let me know if there is anyone in particular you would like to be introduced to.
What to bring along?
- Plenty of business cards (around 30)
- £20 cash (if you haven't booked online)
I look forward to meeting you.
