Her short fiction has been previously been longlisted for the Bath Short Story Award, and her debut novel, A Good House For Children, was published by Serpent’s Tail in the UK and by Mariner Books (Harper Collins) in the US, and was longlisted for the Author’s Club Best First Novel Award 2024. Kate’s second novel, Saint Death, will be published in the UK by Dead Ink in April 2027.
