Based in Birmingham, UK.Rose is a 200hr certified Yoga teacher in Hatha/Vinyasa/Egyptian Yoga and teaches Hotpod Yoga. She also offers Womb centred Yoga, Intuitive Movement, and elements of Sound Healing. And she also holds a Level 1 & 2 Sekhem Healing.Her values are aligned with making Yoga accessible for POC and supporting the community to improve & prioritise their wellbeing and mental health.She has a vibrant and fun personality with added humour.
