Beyond dry January: How to make change last

Is dry January is just the start?

By the end of the month you will have a better understanding of your habits and know what it feels like to have a little less alcohol in your life. So what next?

Join host Janey Lee Grace with panelists: Richard Piper from Alcohol Change, Rosamund Dean, author of Mindful Drinking, Tom Usher from Vice and co-founder of Club Soda Laura Willoughby who will be discussing what you can do after a dry January.

This free panel session is on the second day of Club Soda’s Mindful Drinking Festival on Sunday 13th January 2019. You will have a great opportunity to ask questions to all our panelists so be sure to stick around until the end!

The panel discussion will run from 3.15 - 4.15pm.

The event is free to attend, registering for a ticket does not guarantee entry so we suggest you turn up 15 minutes before the event start time to get your seat!

The Mindful Drinking Festival is part of Re:Solutions.
