This 10-week course in Tai Chi will introduce you to various forms, movements and exercises of this relaxing yet effective Martial Art.
This form of exercise, renowned for its positive energy and controlled movements, is becoming increasingly popular in western culture. Regular practice of Tai Chi can improve your posture and breathing, assist with strategies for stress relief and increase flexibility and coordination.
This class is accessible to all fitness levels and there will be beginners and more advanced learners in each class.
