We will begin by slowing down and grounding our bodies with a candlelit breathwork and Yin Yoga flow, before gathering around a communal table for a vibrant, warming autumn feast.With only 25 spaces available, this is an intimate night designed to reset your nervous system and connect with the local community.The Menu Tease by Holly’s MunchOur feast is centred around Ayurvedic autumn principles - focusing on warming, digestible and grounding vegetarian ingredients to support the body during the seasonal transition.To Share: Warming seasonal curries, rich comforting dhal, homemade flatbreads and cooling herbal raitas.To Finish: A rich, warming chocolate dessert.This event is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) if you would like to enjoy a drink with your dinner.
