Our weekly online mens' groups offer workshops and other opportunities for self-discovery, enabling men to be real, expressing what is going on for them and to share and learn from the experience of others. We encourage men to drop their masks and be vulnerableEden Jar Writing Club Creative Writing workshops supporting individuals with their creative writing and the sharing of experiences. We provide a safe, comfortable environment, in which to write, talk and share. We often have regular guests to talk about their creative journeys and to give inspiration to fellow writers Write to Heal is a 12 week workshop helping to connect with your inner healing voice. This involves working through a progression of restorative writing exerciser. These workshops are ideal for those experiencing anxiety and life's stresses.
