Afterwards, embrace the restorative benefits of a 45-minute sauna and cold plunge experience with Saunos before finishing with a chilled glass of Gold Medal Winner English Rosé with Billy at Cobham House with nutritious canapés and pizza on the decks of the Saunos and Alongside Six neighbouring barges. Working in hospitality for so many years and being so tense and focused at all times; she felt like she had lost the ability to slow down, listen to her body, stay curious and simply be. Yoga helped her rediscover that part of herself. 
Aanya brings these two worlds together. Blending movement, breathwork and the stories of wine, she creates experiences that invite people to reconnect with themselves, with nature and with one another. There is no pressure to perform, no expectations, and no right way to experience the day. You can be new to wine, new to yoga or mindfulness in general.
