I'm a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualified dance teacher. I teach fun dance fitness classes that celebrate how your body moves and jiggles, not what it looks like! My twerk classes explore the traditional African style called 'Mapouka', which nowadays we call 'twerking'. You'll learn twerk techniques in a safe, fun and inclusive space with a range of music styles from Afrobeats to Dancehall.My classes encourage movement and celebrate Black culture. At the end of each class we finish on positive affirmations to leave you feeling empowered and energised.
