It now holds a Michelin Star and three AA rosettes. In 2025, Trinity ranked number 4 in the National Restaurant Awards, as voted by Britain’s chefs, restaurateurs and food writers, and The Times lists it among the UK’s Top 100 Restaurants, while OpenTable places it in the top ten. Alongside his flagship, Adam runs five other restaurants. Since 2024, he has chaired the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and in 2025 was named the Michelin Guide’s Chef Mentor of the Year for his industry impact.Adam is now celebrating 20 years of Trinity with a new cookbook. Trinity: The Cookbook is distinctly split into two parts: a restaurant book and a practical handbook. The first celebrates Trinity’s journey, exploring its philosophy, people and produce through essays, behind-the-scenes stories and over 80 signature recipes.
