Anyone who “has two left feet” but wants to dance

Solo or with a partner (no partner required)

• Warm-up & rhythm drills
• Step-by-step partnerwork (rotating optional)
• Short shines to improve balance & style
• A fun recap so you leave remembering what to practice

• Dance comfortably to a whole song
• Understand timing, turns, and connection
• Confidence to join a social dance night

• Comfortable shoes (smooth soles best)
• Light, breathable clothing & water

I’ve never danced before — is that okay? Perfect. This course is made for you.
