What to expectHerbal tea on arrival and a gentle welcome. An opening meditation with sage cleansing. Guided journaling prompts with optional sharing. An essential oil chakra opening with affirmations. A slow, nourishing yoga melt followed by deep rest and a closing angel card reflection. Timings are a guide and may flow naturally to suit the energy of the group.? Intimate settingThis workshop is limited to a maximum of three women to encourage openness, safety, and meaningful connection.
