PLEASE NOTE THAT CLASSES ARE NOW 75 MINUTES TO ALLOW FOR PRACTICE TIME AT THE END OF EACH CLASS. 

Repertoire: 6:30-7:45pm. This course is designed for those who have completed our Foundations, Foundations II, and Repertoire classes and who are confident leading foundational patterns (push, tuck, passes, basic whip, basket whip). This course will help you elevate your dance by: solidifying your competence in leading/following foundational patterns, introducing techniques to enhance your quality of movement, and adding variety to your foundational patterns. Foundations: 7:45-9:00pm. In this introductory 6-week course, students will learn the basic principles and techniques that provide the foundation for West Coast Swing. Students will gain skill and confidence in leading/following 6-and 8-beat patterns (pushes, passes, basket whip) that provide the backbone of social dancing and more complex variations. This class is suitable for those who are learning the dance for the first time, who would like to brush up on their basics and solidify their skills, and for those who would like to learn the opposite role. NO PRIOR DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NEWCOMERS WELCOME!
